Spring Equinox Ceremony with Angela DeMontigny March 21st: 7-7:45pm

sîkwan (see-gwun) ᓰᑲᐧᐣ It is spring!

Spring represents a time of rebirth, where warmth returns, flowers bloom and animals come out of hibernation to greet a new year. It is a time to honour our gifts, to start planting new seeds (mentally and physically) for the coming year. This is a time for celebration as we are reminded that spring marks renewal and we look forward to good things ahead.

Join me in a ceremony where I will share the messages I receive through my pipe in a ceremony earlier in the day. I will be asking for guidance and prayers of good health and balance of a positive mind, body and spirit and in all aspects of life on everyone's behalf. 

I will share the teachings of grandfather eagle ᑭᐦᐁᐤ kihew who sits in the eastern direction of the medicine wheel which represents the spring season and will sing a song to connect ourselves through the drum and to all our relatives and ancestors.

I invite you to gather your bundle (crystals, ceremonial objects, rattles, drums, medicines, tobacco to pray with etc.) and a candle (it can be any candle if you don't have one of our LODGE soy candles) :-)

It's also a good idea to have a notebook and pen handy to write down any messages or visions you may have during the ceremony. There will be some time to share with the group after as well.

To register, I am asking for a minimal donation of $15.00 for this ceremony as an exchange of energy and respect for the knowledge, time and preparation needed to provide this ceremony for the benefit of everyone attending. *Please make sure you provide your email address so that I can send you the zoom link.
